No individual clerk name was published, so the office title is the accurate contact. Justice-court and juvenile records must go to their own clerks. Utah judicial records follow UCJA Rules 4-202.02 through 4-202.04; GRAMA applies to many government records but does not replace the judiciary's court-record process.
