About Wasatch County Court Docket

Wasatch County court information is divided among several Utah courts and clerk offices. The Fourth District Court, county and municipal justice courts, and juvenile court each maintain their own records. This private reference site organizes the official search tools, request paths, addresses, and contacts so readers can identify the right custodian before seeking a docket or case file.

Why We Built This Site

Utah makes many court records public, yet access depends on knowing which court keeps the case. Utah Courts Xchange provides public case information, while MyCase serves parties in eligible linked cases. Calendars, weekly reports, courthouse terminals, and clerk requests are separate channels. Wasatch County's Utah Fourth District Court handles broad civil and serious criminal matters; justice courts handle limited-jurisdiction cases. This site brings those distinctions and official routes together without replacing the court record.

What You Will Find Here

  • Docket guides: ways to search and read criminal and civil dockets in Wasatch County
  • Hearing information: steps for checking court dates and confirming a setting with the clerk
  • Case lookups: guidance for using Utah case lookup by name, number, court, and county
  • Record requests: routes for obtaining court records or certified copies from the maintaining clerk

What We Cannot Do

This is a privately run reference site with no affiliation to a Utah court, clerk, or government agency. Its role has firm limits:

  • We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
  • We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
  • We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
  • We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
  • We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
  • We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now

Only the clerk of court or the trial court that heard the case can issue an official or certified copy of a docket sheet or court record. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.

Search Partners

Some pages on this site include search boxes powered by third-party providers. Those companies set their own pricing and run their own services. When you use one of those tools and it leads to a paid signup, we may earn a referral fee. That revenue helps keep this site free for visitors. We do not control what those tools charge or what shows up in their results.
